Cost of AF1 Flyover NYC = Bailout per Hour

In an incredibly stupid misstep, the Obama Administration authorized Air Force 1 to fly very low over Manhattan, reminding residents and office workers of the horrors of 9-11, and causing panicked evacuations of several office buildings.  The purpose of the flight was apparently to provide promotional photos for Administration use.  Nobody has yet disclosed why the White House wanted a photo of the plane flying over Manhattan.

Talk radio and internet commentators are making a lot of the cost of this flight, set at $328,835 by an Air Force source.

Liberty Works would just like to point out that the cost of the Manhattan Fly-over is about equal to what government has spent each hour on bank and corporate bailouts, since the financial panic ensued last September, not including guarantees against future losses.
